Top 10, Players of the Week to be administered by UFRC

The CIS has handed the reigns of the National Top 10 poll to the University Football Reporters of Canada.

A UFRC panel will also be responsible for selecting the CIS players of the week.

For the first time coaches will participate in the vote with the media. All members of the UFRC will be elligible to vote in the national poll.

The poll is weighted to allow for equitable representation from the different regions of the country. The poll will also weigh in favour of more experienced voters versus newer votes. This will allow for maximum participation, and the most accurate vote possible.

More information is available on this site on the process by hitting the top tab “UFRC/CIS Top 10”.
